The Perfect Proposal
It’s not surprising that this adorable couple were high-school sweethearts! Just look how they glowed in each other’s arms! As they both love nature, Josh wanted to take her to the Colorado Rocky Mountains to propose. He waited until their second day in the mountains, and until they were at a nice scenic outlook. They settled in the beauty of Sprague lake with snow-tipped mountains in the background.
Josh took Abi by surprise as he got down on one knee and popped the question. Abi bashfully laughed and then beamed with joy! We have a match! Afterward, they continued to enjoy their time together by the lake. Josh then swept Abi off her feet as they locked lips in perfect synchronicity! Could this be the dream shot Abi, a photographer herself, was hoping for? We hope so. 🙂
The Connections
Seemingly lost in time, Abi & Josh felt a connection to the Earth, which only enhanced their affinity for one another. Furthermore, Abi’s bright blue eyes were a perfect match to the blue-toned mountains in the background. And her bright pink hair was a great contrast against the cool, blue-grey tones in the shots.
We enjoyed watching this couple adoringly engage with each other as they shared this special moment with us! Josh lovingly wrapped his arms around Abi and all sense of time seemed to fade away…
Looking Forward To Life Together
Abi & Josh had been dating for four years and were in their junior year in college with their whole lives ahead of them. They are both avid nature lovers and hikers that will likely be seen trudging up the rest of the Colorado Rockies together while Abi takes gorgeous dream-like scenic pictures! Abi & Josh now have the rest of their lives to explore and enjoy each other’s company alongside mother nature 🙂
