Over the river and through the woods, we captured Rachel and Justin’s maternity pictures for their itty bitty, oh-so-lovable future family member. Located in the quaint town of Golden, Colorado, Clear Creek Historic Park proved the perfect hideaway setting for this couple and their coming baby. A popular little town of about 19,000 people, Golden is a throbbing attraction for tourists and natives alike. So, you won’t be shocked that we were thrilled to go to this breathtaking location to capture their maternity pictures (see our recent engagement post at Clear Creek!). From vintage porch steps to lush to green trails, the secret corners of this park helped Rachel and Justin contemplate what’s to come!

Guess How Much I Love You

It is undeniable from these heartwarming photos that these two are more than ready to make this duo a trio. The couple looked like they could be in a fairytale with their suave outfits and awe – worthy accessories. Rachel and Justin had us dreaming a dream we never wanted to wake up from! The creams, browns, and soft blues of their clothes mingled well with the backdrops of water and weathered wood. Justin’s joyful personality and intentionality was clearly a complement to Rachel’s gentle demeanor. Every photo depicts a match unlike any other! So, at this point you’re probably thinking exactly what we are: how much more perfect can this growing family get?

Just when we thought we had this dreamy couple figured out, they surprised us with some whimsical flares. Everyone’s favorite childhood classic, Guess How Much I Love You, by Sam McBratney, and floral and stripped umbrellas had the two cuddling closer and grinning wider. What a cheerful family this threesome will make! We can’t wait to help them celebrate when the new addition is here!
