The RiNo Art District of Denver is a favorite here at From The Hip Photo. We love it for its abundance of bright colors. The graffiti walls are always changing, which makes your time there so unique. Given that we’re obsessed with this district in Denver, we were so elated to take RiNo family photos for the O’Donnell family!

Being the absolute end of August, autumn was just starting to creep up, so the weather was perfect! Who are we kidding, the weather in Colorado is nearly always perfect! Considering this is an art district in Denver, it’s streaked in color and abstract designs. However, the trendy murals were no match for the O’Donnell family, especially their little girl. She was very fashionable in her baby Chuck Taylors, skinny jeans, and a graphic t-shirt with headphones on it. We loved her little headband too! It matched her big blue eyes perfectly.

Since the walls were so bright, there weren’t many options on what to wear to this shoot. The O’Donnell family wore neutral solids. Whether that be gray, white, or black, they rocked it! Not only do coordinated outfits look great together, if coordinated perfectly with the background they look even better. Mom, dad, and baby girl were so adorable in this photo session! They weren’t afraid to be silly and the pictures reflect that. Don’t be afraid to get silly during shoots, high fives and fun expressions can be delightfully playful and fun! This family is clearly full of laughter and love, we can only imagine that playfulness will follow them into the future! We’re very happy we had the privilege of taking their RiNo family photos!
