As a Denver event photographer, our team at From the Hip Photo has had the pleasure of documenting some of the most exciting and unique events in the city. Recently, we were hired to photograph the Dry Dock Brewing Banned Booze Ball in Aurora, Colorado.

The Banned Booze Ball is an annual event hosted by Dry Dock Brewing, one of the top breweries in the Denver area. The event features live music, delicious food, and of course, a wide selection of craft beers. It’s a fun and lively event that is always a hit with beer lovers in the area.
Capturing The Energy
Our team was tasked with capturing the excitement and energy of the Banned Booze Ball. We started by taking photos of the brewery itself, showcasing its beautiful interior and the delicious beers on tap. We also photographed the guests as they arrived, dressed in their finest Prohibition-era attire.
Throughout the evening, we snapped photos of the live music, the delicious food, and of course, the happy guests enjoying their beers. We captured the fun and lively atmosphere of the event. And, our photos truly captured the spirit of the Banned Booze Ball.
Aerialists In Action
In addition to the live music and delicious food, the Banned Booze Ball featured some truly spectacular aerial performers. These skilled acrobats and aerialists amazed the crowd with their incredible feats of strength and agility.
Our team at From the Hip Photo was able to capture some stunning photos of the aerial performers. We photographed them as they swung and twirled through the air, performing breathtaking feats that left the audience in awe.
