Snow Or Shine

With its wildflowers, pine forests, and aspen groves, Meyer Ranch Park, located in Conifer, is the perfect spot for any type of photoshoot. The park’s beauty is limitless and shines through in every season. It is the perfect blend of serenity and mountain views, making it the ideal backdrop for any photo!

Close But Not Too Close

Although it’s located adjacent to a busy highway, this beautiful 400-acre Jeffco Open Space lot feels like a world away. Meyer Ranch Park offers peaceful strolls through wildflower-laden meadows, lodgepole pine forests, and aspen groves. In the winter, snow also brings cross country skiers and sledders to a hill overlooking U.S. Route 285. The multiple loops allow you to vary the length of your outing, making it an ideal destination for families or groups searching for hikes of different lengths.

Trees and the Town

The array of backdrops in this park offer expansive variety to capture the ideal moment that is desired during your session. Whether that be the perfect proposal, a treasured family moment, or a wedding day fairytale, the park is set for you. There are both pine and aspen trees at Meyer Ranch to give two different feels. During the fall, the aspens change colors and take on a huge statement in the park.

As one of the closest mountain towns to Denver, Conifer is situated just west of the Front Range on Highway 285. This unincorporated JeffCo community itself sits at 8,277 feet in elevation and consisting mainly of a few commercial strips located on both sides of the highway. While there is no official downtown Conifer, you can find everything you need to supply an adventure into the mountains.

A Place For All Seasons

Meyer Ranch Park was once a busy working ranch. Today though, the park offers peaceful strolls through wildflower-laden meadows, Lodgepole Pine forests, and Aspen groves. The diversity of scenery as well as the beautiful changes each season brings makes this location extremely versatile. It is truly a place for any type of photoshoot. Not to mention, pets are welcome in the park so it is a great place to capture shots of your four-legged loved ones. Just as long as they’re on a leash that is!
