With all of the uncertainty in the world right now, we wanted nothing more than to do a little something (a safe something) to help our community smile! We chatted with our neighbors and offered family sessions from a distance, and were delighted to have a few families who were excited to join us on this adventure!

As Denver family photographers since 2009, our team really missed being out in the field interacting with smiling faces. Thanks to the families who helped buoy our spirits!

Amanda’s family was so sweet to work with! This adorable family came out to their yard while we stayed a safe distance away (way more than the recommended 6 feet for social distancing). With an 85mm or longer lens, you can capture some wonderful moments as you can see here! It looks like their kiddos had a blast!

Corey’s family session was a little more adventurous! We started their session on their porch with the whole family, including their too-cute pups! (Again, that long lens for the win!) They are fortunate enough to live right next to a large open space — behold the perks of being Denver family photographers — so were able to venture out further while keeping distance to capture some super fun father-son moments!

Jennifer’s family stayed safe and sound on the comfort of their own porch and backyard for their stinking cute family session! Their kiddos were so stoked to get outside and stretch, and show a little love for the camera! These guys were so fun to team up with!

Hello, adventure! Kerry’s family are now professionals at posing for family photos! We were able to venture out to the park with these cuties (with their puppy in tow!) to capture some super fun moments! We can’t explain the joy we felt being able to capture these pictures!

Safety First

We want you to know that the safety of others and ourselves is of the utmost importance to us! Our team took all the recommended precautions and went even further (farther, really) to make sure that everyone was safe during all of these sessions.

We can’t wait to team up with you!

Frequently Asked Questions

How should we prepare for a family session?

Choose coordinating outfits, plan to arrive early, and bring water and snacks for kids. We’ll guide you on styling and help everyone feel comfortable.

What’s the best time of day for photos?

Golden hour (shortly after sunrise or before sunset) provides soft, flattering light. For family sessions, early morning or late afternoon typically works best.

Can we bring our pets?

We love including furry family members! Just let us know beforehand so we can plan accordingly.

How many photos do we get?

Family sessions typically include 50-100+ edited photos depending on your package and session length.

What locations do you recommend?

Denver has incredible backdrops like the Botanic Gardens, cherry orchards, and urban settings. We’ll recommend locations based on your style preferences.
