One by one and two by two, Kyle and Dan walked down the aisle in complimentary suits, watches, shoes, and smiles. What a joy it was to photograph this University Club Denver wedding. These love birds were everything classy, poised, and wonderfully smitten, and we could not have had a better time!
The Venue
The University Club of Denver is, we learned, a beautiful space full of cozy lobbies and old-fashioned garb with a classy social club vibe. The venue has grand carpeted staircases and hallways filled with mirrors and glossy lights. Its elevators are as shiny as the watch collection Kyle and Dan proudly displayed. While weddings are a popular event for this venue, the space is great for ballroom events, dinners, and meetings. Furthermore, University Club Denver is located in the heart of the city near all of Denver’s urban attractions. Two by Two’s
Among stacked bookshelves and reflective wooden floors, Kyle and Dan were two perfect peas in a pod as they celebrated their marriage with their guests. The two grooms’ compatibility was clear not just in the way they happily held hands and kissed all night, but also in their dashingly dapper outfits. They had suit and ties that matched, and their groomsmen and bridesmaids’ grey and black clothing looked sophisticatedly chic. Their two white dogs, of course, partook in the ceremony, and they looked like angels leading them down the aisle. The poised symmetry had a charming unraveling, however, as the night progressed into raised glasses and cheers.
We thoroughly enjoyed photographing this duo as they embark on this new life adventure together. These men are kind, loving, and entirely fit for one another. And, if you’re asking the photographers in us, this wedding’s aesthetic and attention to detail really took the (wedding) cake! Thank you, Kyle and Dan, for a night we will not soon forget!
